Q: Do you only sell hats?

Hats are our crown pieces—where it all started. But every now and then, we’ll drop limited tees or sweats to match the movement.


Q: Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every piece is print-on-demand, made just for you when you order. That means less waste, more intention, and no sitting on shelves. Because of that, all sales are final.


Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final since everything is made-to-order. The only exception is if your product arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, hit us up within 7 days at [your email] with photos + order number.


Q: What if my package gets lost or stolen?

Once we ship your order and provide tracking, the package is in the carrier’s hands. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking info.


Q: How long does shipping take?

  • Production Time: 3–7 business days (since we make it when you order).

  • Shipping Time: U.S. orders usually take 5–10 business days after production. International shipping varies.
    You’ll get tracking once your order ships.


Q: How do I know what size to order?

Most of our hats are one-size-fits-most with adjustable snaps or straps. Tees/sweats (when we drop them) will include sizing charts on the product page.


Q: How do I care for my hat?

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth—don’t throw it in the wash.

  • Keep it dry and store it cool.

  • Wear it loud, wear it proud.


Q: Do you do custom hats?

Not at the moment. Every drop is designed by us with intentional punchlines + faith statements. Limited runs keep them rare.
